Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an antimicrobial substance, in particular to an organic antimicrobial agent intercalation modified montmorillonite and application thereof. The organic antimicrobial agent intercalation modified montmorillonite has a structural formula which is shown in the description, wherein a stick represents montmorillonite, and a compound grafted in the surface of the montmorillonite is levofloxacin hydrochloride. The organic antimicrobial agent intercalation modified montmorillonite as a novel antimicrobial agent is added to coating and adhesive and is used for modifying high polymer materials and preparing corresponding antimicrobial materials. According to the organic antimicrobial agent intercalation modified montmorillonite, the antimicrobial acrylate emulsion has low toxic and side effects, the antimicrobial effect is great, the application range is wide, and environmental requirements are met.
