Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a synthetic process for high-purity magnesium tert-butoxide and belongs to the technical field of preparation of magnesium alcoholate. The synthetic process comprises: by adopting magnesium and ethanol as initial raw materials and mercury iodide as a catalyst, performing a reaction; recovering unreacted ethanol and mercury iodide by centrifugalization to obtain a magnesium ethylate solution; then adding tert-butyl acetate, a solvent and a catalyst into the magnesium ethylate solution for esterification reaction; and performing distillation, centrifugalization and drying to obtain the high-purity magnesium tert-butoxide. The synthetic process provided by the invention solves the problems that in an existing process, the reaction is halfway, the production cost is high and the danger coefficient is high, has the characteristics of being concise in process route, high in product purity and full in reaction, and is low in production cost and suitable for industrial production. |
