Car seat device

The invention provides a car seat device. The car seat device comprises a bottom plate, a middle plate, an upper plate and a buckling plate which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the bottom plate and the middle plate are in clamped connection through a linear containing groove and relatively slide along the linear containing groove; the upper plate and the buckling plate are fixedly connected, and the buckling plate is provided with an annular landing edge; the upper plate is provided with a first balance ring; the annular landing edge is connected with the first balance ring in a clamped manner, and therefore the middle plate rotates relative to the upper plate; a transverse moving locking mechanism capable of locking the bottom plate and the middle plate and a first lifting mechanism capable of unlocking the bottom plate and the middle plate are arranged between the bottom plate and the middle plate; and a rotary locking mechanism for locking the middle plate and the upper plate and a second li
