The blade forging die comprises an upper die and a lower die, wherein at least two upper inserts used for detecting offset are fixed on the upper die, an upper offset groove is formed in each upper insert, and the end surfaces of the upper offset grooves are flush with the end surface of the upper die; at least two lower inserts used for detecting the offset are fixed on the lower die, a lower offset groove matched with the corresponding upper offset groove is formed in each lower insert, and the end surfaces of the lower offset grooves are flush with the end surface of the lower die; each offset groove comprises four side groove surfaces and one bottom groove surface, and the four side groove surfaces of each offset groove all adopt a planar structure.
