The positioning mechanism comprises a positioning sleeve, a lower die and an upper die. The positioning sleeve is arranged on the rack. A first arc groove is formed in the upper portion of the positioning sleeve. The lower die is rotationally arranged above the positioning sleeve. The lower die is provided with a first lower die groove and a second lower die groove. A second arc groove is formed in the upper portion of the lower die. The upper die is rotationally arranged above the lower die. The rotating direction of the upper die is the axis direction of the second arc groove. The upper die is provided with a first upper die groove and a second upper die groove. The two pressurizing mechanisms correspond to the lower die in position.
