The invention discloses a compound feed for improving the stress resistance of pelteobagrus fulvidraco and a preparation method thereof. The feed is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 1-1.5% of fish premix, 0.2-0.4% of choline chloride, 0.01-0.04% of bile acid, 0.02-0.05% of immune polysaccharides, 15-25% of soybean meal, 5-10% of corn protein powder, 25-40% of imported fish meal, 3-5% of spirulina powder, 3-6% of kelp powder, 2-3% of alfalfa powder, 2-4% of soybean oil and 2-4% of fish oil.
