Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a smart IC card and a payment processing method. The smart IC card comprises a Bluetooth communication module for establishing Bluetooth communication connection with a smart terminal; and a processor module comprising a receiving unit that receives a dynamic password acquisition request transmitted by the smart terminal via the Bluetooth communication connection, a dynamic password generation unit for generating a dynamic password, and a transmitting unit for returning the dynamic password to the smart terminal. Thus, the smart IC card can establish the Bluetooth communication connection with the smart terminal via the Bluetooth communication module so that the smart IC card can communicate with a smart terminal only supporting Bluetooth communication, thereby further enabling the smart IC card to match the smart terminal so as to complete online payment via the Internet on the smart terminal.
