Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a control method, apparatus and system for power control systems. The method comprises the steps that a first terminal obtains an operation right according to a pre-received operation secret key; the first terminal generates a control locking command according to the operation right; and the first terminal sends the control locking command to a second terminal, wherein a control interface of the first terminal with the operation right is allowed to be operated and a control interface of the second terminal that receives the control locking command is forbidden. According the control method, apparatus and system, the technical problem of contradictory operation existent in a process of controlling a fan device caused by lack of an interlocking control technology between a monitoring system at a local end of a wind field and a monitoring system of a remote centralized control center in related technologies is solved.
