Pipe bracket and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a pipe bracket. The pipe bracket is formed by a composite press block, wherein the composite press block comprises components in parts by weight as follows: 10%-25% of sawdust, 1%-4% of foamed plastic particles, 1%-5% of silica fume, 16%-30% of gypsum, 30%-60% of glue, 1%-4% of a curing agent, 0.5%-2% of a thickening agent and 2%-10% of aluminium silicate fibers. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the pipe bracket. The method comprises steps as follows: 1, the sawdust, the foamed plastic particles, the silica fume, the gypsum and the aluminium silicate fibers are taken in parts by weight and evenly mixed in proportion; 2, the glue, the curing agent and the thickening agent are prepared in parts by weight, a proper amount of water is added, and mixing is performed; 3, materials in Step 1 and Step 2 are fully and evenly stirred; 4, the mixture is poured into a mold, extruded and formed by a press, then dried and assembled to form a finished product.
