Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a clamping and locking mechanism for an automobile silencer and belongs to the technical field of automobile silencers. The clamping and locking mechanism is used for fixing and connecting a partition plate and a pipe fitting in the silencer. The clamping and locking mechanism comprises a clamping part and a limiting part. The clamping part is formed on the partition plate and is a straight neck section perpendicular to the partition plate. The limiting part is formed on the pipe fitting and is located at the joint of the pipe fitting and the partition plate. The limiting part is provided with two spaced limiting protrusions, and the two limiting protrusions are obtained by extending outwards in the radial direction of the pipe fitting, wherein the distance of the two limiting protrusions is matched with the length of the straight neck section.
