The invention provides a high-pressure-bearing leakage blocking agent and a preparation process thereof. The high-pressure-bearing leakage blocking agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70wt%-75wt% of demolded paper or a fiber reinforced material, 23wt%-28wt% of thermosetting resin and 2wt% of peroxides, wherein the thermosetting resin comprises phenolic resin, urine aldehyde melamine resin and epoxy resin in a mass ratio of 2 to 3 to 5. The preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing, hot-pressing, cooling, grinding and grading. The high-pressure-bearing leakage blocking agent has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, good leakage blocking effect, long service life, strong load bearing capacity of formations and the like; the preparation process is simple and short, and the operation is convenient.
