Chloroprene rubber and chlorinated polyethylene blended vulcanized rubber and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to chloroprene rubber and chlorinated polyethylene blended vulcanized rubber with improved flame retardant property. The vulcanized rubber comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of chloroprene rubber, 20-40 part of chlorinated polyethylene, 10-20 parts of white carbon black, 40-60 parts of pottery clay, 40-60 parts of a packing material, 20-40 parts of aluminium hydroxide, 10-20 parts of bromodiphenyl ether, 15-25 parts of antimonous oxide, 4-8 parts of zinc oxide, 4-8 parts of magnesium oxide, 1-2 parts of a promoter and 1-2 parts of a vulcanizing agent. The chloroprene rubber and chlorinated polyethylene blended vulcanized rubber with improved flame retardant property is obtained by mixing according to a formula by virtue of an internal mixer, tabletting by virtue of an open mill and carrying out final mixing by virtue of the internal mixer.
