Zusammenfassung:A bismaleimide modified resin is modified by carrying out a chain growth reaction on an aromatic bisamine containing a fluoro-substitution group and a bismaleimide. The physical property includes a low dielectric constant Dk(3GHz) which is less than 3, a low dielectric loss Df(3GHz) which is less than 0.02, a low resin water absorption which is between 0.21% and 0.33%, and an excellent machinability. The bismaleimide modified resin is suitable for manufacturing copper clad laminates with the dielectric constant Dk(3GHz) which is less than 3.
