The excrement wiping device is simple in structure and convenient and fast to use, the paper clamping and excrement wiping actions can be made through the driving of a controlled hand-cranking handle, there is no need for users to directly use both hands to touch dirt in the using process so that the excrement wiping action can be made, and therefore the purpose of more sanitary excrement wiping is achieved.
