The technology is characterized in that local high accumulated temperature condition is used, one-year-two-harvest protected cultivation is carried out for Thompson Seedless grape which is the main variety as well as Kyoho grape and red grape which are auxiliary, and the red grape is harvested one time a year and on the tree storage is carried out for the red grape; the products are green, organic and multi-element healthy grapes. The technology comprises the following steps: timely harvesting and basketing grapes; warehousing grapes and disinfecting grapes with SO2, washing the warehouse with SO2 and recycling the SO2, and reducing the temperature to -1.5 DEG C; conveying the grapes to a cold storage whose temperature is -1.5 DEG C and humidity is 90-95%, keeping the grapes fresh in pile with curtain, and uncovering the curtain for disinfection with ozone |
