Zusammenfassung:	An amplifying circuit (2) includes a feedback resistor (RA) and amplifies a voltage that is proportional to a current that is detected by a current sense resistor (R1) at an amplification rate in accordance with the feedback resistor (RA). A current control circuit (IC) controls the current flowing in a Peltier element (1) so that the amplified voltage (VA) output by the amplifying circuit (2) is constant. The feedback resistor (RA) comprises a thermistor (3) and a fixed resistor (R2) that is coupled to the thermistor (3) in series.
