Zusammenfassung:In order to increase the reach of a portable hard-surface cleaning appliance (12) for withdrawing, and sucking up, liquid from a hard surface, in particular from a window pane, the invention proposes an appliance holder (10) comprising a first supporting arm (30), which has a first supporting surface (34), against which the hard-surface cleaning appliance (12) can be positioned by way of a side region, and on which a first connecting element (44) is arranged in order to connect the basic body (28) to the hard-surface cleaning appliance (12), also comprising a second supporting arm (32), which forms a second supporting surface (32), on which the hard-surface cleaning appliance (12) can be positioned, and further comprising a second connecting element (76) for connecting the appliance holder (10) to an extension tube (14).
