Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a method for evaluating a shallow lake fishery environment by using microbial food web efficiency. The method comprises that: S1, phytoplankton primary productivity, bacterial productivity and medium-sized zooplankton productivity in shallow lake are determined; S2, the shallow lake microbial food web efficiency FWEp is equal to medium-sized zooplankton productivity/(phytoplankton primary productivity + bacterial productivity); and S3, the shallow lake fishery environment is evaluated through the microbial food web efficiency FWEp, wherein the higher the microbial food web efficiency FWEp value, the better the shallow lake fishery environment quality. According to the present invention, the shallow lake fishery environment is subjected to the comprehensive evaluation so as to provide the basis for the scientific management of fishery and water environments and the rational development of lake ecosystems, and provide important guiding significance.
