The invention relates to a novel making method for an aircraft hanger floor structure with a soft soil foundation, namely a paving method for an aircraft hanger floor with a soft soil foundation. Compared with the traditional making method, the paving method can be used for solving or eliminating the problems caused by consolidation settlement of the soft soil foundation, and the problems are as follows: (1) hanger entering or exiting of an aircraft is seriously influenced by a step formed between the aircraft hanger floor and a door ground rail; (2) underground pipelines for enclosing a structural wall and traversing the wall are destroyed and cracked; and (3) the using function such as drainage of the aircraft hanger floor is influenced because the aircraft hanger floor is shaped like a pan bottom.
