The invention discloses a kit capable of being used for detecting ESRRG gene promotor region methylation level related to laryngocarcinoma and application thereof. The kit is characterized in that the kit comprises a pair of ESRRG gene promotor region methylation specific amplification primers and a methylation specific sequencing primer, wherein a sense primer has a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 1, a reverse primer has a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 2, and the methylation specific sequencing primers are shown as SEQ ID NO. 3. The kit has the advantages that the diagnostic kit can be used for conveniently and quickly realizing detection on laryngocarcinoma at a molecular level, is high in detection efficiency and strong in pertinence; meanwhile, a drug taking ESRRG gene promotor region methylation as a target spot is expected to become a new means for auxiliary diagnosis, detection and screening of laryngocarcinoma.
