Manufacturing process for screen printing plate

Disclosed is a manufacturing process for a screen printing plate. According to the manufacturing process, a pressing plate is put on a pattern area in a screen surface; pressure is exerted on the screen surface through the pressing plate to perform stretch processing, so that the screen surface is in the stretched state; tensile deformation amount of a gauze in screen cloth is fully released in advance through stretch processing of the screen surface by means of the pressing plate; accordingly, the phenomenon of elongating distortion can be avoided while the screen printing plate keeps good elasticity during usage; meanwhile, after stretch processing of the screen surface is finished, the gauze of a non-pattern area of the screen surface is coated with a layer of ultraviolet (UV) gel in a sealing mode, and the UV gel is cured through exposure by a UV lamp, so that the UV gel is cured and integrated with the gauze.
