The invention discloses herb vinegar-containing air deodorizing liquid and a manufacturing method thereof. The air deodorizing liquid is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 4 to 20 parts of refined herb vinegar, 5 to 20 parts of natural acetic acid, 1 to 4 parts of glycerol, 1 to 2 parts of surface active agent, 0.1 to 0.4 part of Chinese herbs, 1 to 2 parts of natural flavor and 50 to 85 parts of distilled water. The herb vinegar-containing air deodorizing liquid not only achieves a deodorizing and aroma increasing effect for treating both symptoms and root causes, but also has a sterilizing and antiviral effect and is applicable to public toilets, families, pet houses, animal breeding houses and the like; and meanwhile, the invention also provides the manufacturing method of the deodorizing liquid. The manufacturing method is simple in procedures, convenient to operate, capable of effectively decreasing the processing cost and particularly applicable to mass production.
