Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a krill oil clathrate compound, which comprises a clathration auxiliary material and krill oil, wherein the mass ratio of the clathration auxiliary material to the krill oil is greater than or equal to 5, the clathration auxiliary material is cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin derivative. The invention also discloses a preparation method and application. The defects of auxiliary material high cost and technical process complexity in the prior art are overcome, and meanwhile the prepared clathrate compound is stable in quality, high in water solubility, and good in absorption, directly applying the clathrate compound to the production of health care products and drugs is facilitated, and the application comprises ways of using the clathrate compound alone as a functional component or forming a formula with other components.
