Press detection function-equipped touch panel

Provided is a piezoelectric sensor capable of performing position detection and load detection. A press detection function-equipped touch panel (1) of the present invention is capable of detecting a press load inputted to a press surface. The press detection function-equipped touch panel (1) is configured such that: an upper electrode (10), an upper inserting member (40), a middle electrode (20), a lower inserting member (50), and a lower electrode (30) are disposed in this order from the press surface; the upper electrode (10) or the middle electrode (20) or the lower electrode (30) is provided with electrostatic capacity detection electrodes (Cx, Cy) that detect a pressed position when input is made to the touch panel (1), and a detection electrode (S) for charge measurement, said detection electrode detecting a charge corresponding to the press; and one of the upper inserting member and the lower inserting member is formed of an insulating material, and the other is formed of a piezoelectric material.
