Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for preparing a urethane hardener for electrodeposition paint, the method comprising a step of reacting one selected from aromatic dihydric alcohol, aliphatic dihydric alcohol, and a mixture thereof, and polyisocyanate; to a cationic resin composition containing the hardener for electrodeposition paint; and to an electrodeposition paint composition. The electrodeposition paint composition containing the hardener according to the present invention can reduce the bake off loss at the time of baking and have excellent surface roughness and interior paintability.
