Zusammenfassung:	A resin powder containing an aromatic polyether ketone resin (e.g., polyether-ether ketone) is imparted with a laminar form and used as a resin powder constituting a paint. The average thickness of such a resin powder may be, for example, 2 microns or less. The paint may contain a dispersant and may be dispersed in a dispersion medium such as water. The paint may be used in particular as a paint for covering a metal substrate. Despite being composed of an aromatic polyether ketone resin, the laminar resin powder can form a coating having high adhesiveness to a substrate and having pinholing that is minimized or prevented with high efficiency.
