Double doped perovskite solar energy battery and preparation method

The invention discloses a double doped perovskite solar energy battery and a preparation method. A perovskite light-absorption layer of the perovskite solar energy battery performs double doping of negative ions and positive ions. The preparation method comprises steps of preparing a perovskite light-absorption layer through a two-step spin-coating method on a mesoporous layer, wherein methyl ammonium chloride and 5-amino pentanoic acid iodate are used to perform simultaneous doping in the process of spin-coating of methyl ammonium iodide solution, adopting a screen-printing method to prepare a carbon counter electrode and then performing hot-pressing processing. The invention improves the optical physics characteristics of the perovskite light-absorption layer and improves the performance of the perovskite solar energy battery.
