Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a shaping debugging method of eight pattern structures of a cylindrical warp knitting machine and aims to research the debugging method for preparing warp knitting tubular fabrics with the eight pattern structures by the cylindrical warp knitting machine. In order to reach the objective, positions of a needle bed adjusting device, a guide bar coarse adjusting device, a guide bar fine adjusting device and an opening-closing adjusting device are adjusted, so that the different structures are knitted through mutual coordination of all the mechanisms. According to the method provided by the invention, the coordination of technological parameters required for fabricating the warp knitting tubular fabrics with the eight pattern structures can be determined accurately and quantitatively, so that time for debugging can be reduced.
