Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of a rolling mill roll, and in particular relates to a method for preparing a forged SHSS (Semi-high Speed Steel) rolling mill roll by radial rotary precision forging. The method is characterized in that a blank of the forged SHSS rolling mill roll is subjected to high-temperature diffusion, wherein the temperature is 1230 to 20 DEG C and maintained for 30 to 35 hours; then the temperature is decreased to be not greater than 1180 DEG C; an RF70 type precision forging machine is used for performing radial rotary forging and forming through four hammer heads, so as to obtain the forged SHSS rolling mill roll.
