A first tissue can be held with the first member and third member with the first tissue being disposed between the first member and second member, and between the first member and third member. The first tissue and a second tissue can be held with the first member and second member such that the first tissue is in contact with the second tissue with the second tissue being disposed between the first member and second member, and between the second member and third member whilst the first member and third member hold the first tissue. |
