The light source control device comprises an FPGA control unit, a memory, an amplitude adjustment unit and an extremely narrow pulse generation unit. According to the light source control device, the characteristics of shape, duty cycle, FWHM and period of a pulse profile are simulated precisely, the device has the advantages of simple and small structure, low price, and high cost of a whole set of control system, wherein two comparators and an AND gate circuit are employed, the output of an ns level extremely narrow pulse is realized, while the equipment cost is reduced, the pulse precision is improved, the amplitude and amplitude reference of waveform can be adjusted by the amplitude adjustment unit employed in the light source control device, the structure is simple, the performance is reliable, and the accuracy is high. |
