The present invention provides a method and a system for establishing a corresponding relationship between a physical position and a terminal in a local area network (LAN). The method comprises the following steps: detecting the terminal which generates network communication data; pushing an associating request to the terminal; receiving an associating operation which is performed by a user according to the associating request; and making the physical position of the terminal correspond to the position of a corresponding information point in a management and control physical layer according to the associating operation, so as to establish a corresponding relationship. According to the present invention, the management and control physical layer based on the physical position is used as an interface for managing and controlling enterprise Intranet terminals, and the position of each information point on the management and control physical layer is made to be correspondingly associated with the physical position information of each terminal, so that the management and control process performed on the enterprise Intranet terminals by the management and control physical layer is visualized and simplified, thereby reducing the threshold of professional background of management and control personnel and also improving the use experience of the user.
