The device comprises an oven hearth and a heating catalysis area, the heating catalysis area is connected with a hearth evaporation area via a circulating fan driven by a motor, and leads to a hot air distribution pipe, the end portion of the hot air distribution pipe is provided with an outlet adjusting air door, and the outlet of the hot air distribution pipe is orientated to a enameled wire direction channel; the heating catalysis area comprises a primary before-catalysis electric heating area, a primary catalysis chamber, a primary post-catalysis supplementary heating area and a secondary catalysis chamber, each of the primary before-catalysis electric heating area and the primary post-catalysis supplementary heating area is provided with multiple electric heating pipes, each of the primary catalysis chamber and the secondary catalysis chamber is provided with an inclined catalysis plate; and the hot air distribution pipe is provided with an exhaust gas input port, the exhaust gas input port is connected with a heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is connected with a heat exchange pipe of an evaporation area via a connection pipe, and the end portion of the heat exchange pipe of the evaporation area is provided with a waste suction inlet connected with an exhausting blower fan.
