Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a contact-type nondestructive steel tie rod stress monitoring method based on wireless transmission. The method abandons the traditional sensor installation methods such as welding type installation method which can damage the surface of a steel tie rod, can realize the rapid nondestructive installation of a wireless vibrating wire sensor on the steel tie rod with an installation fixture of a contact-type nondestructive sensor, and can realize the collaborative deformations between the sensor and the fixture, and between the fixture and the steel tie rod. The installation fixture of the contact-type nondestructive sensor comprises a steel tie rod hoop, a locking bolt of the steel tie rod hoop, a sensor locking hoop, a locking bolt of the sensor locking hoop, a protrusion, and a installation positioner. Meanwhile, the monitoring method combines the wireless sensor network technology, and can realize instruction and data interaction between the wireless vibrating wire sensor and the field server by a flexible networking mode, so that a full set of concise high-efficiency steel tie rod stress monitoring method is formed. |
