The invention discloses a community intelligent safety system. The community intelligent safety system comprises a control center, a closed circuit control device and a starting module. The closed circuit control device is connected with the control center and comprises a plurality of monitors arranged at key areas of a community. The starting module is connected with the monitors and the control center and is used for controlling the monitors to monitor an assigned direction with assigned angles after receiving a control instruction of the control center or receiving a noise signal or light strength signal larger or equal to a preset value and transmitting monitored videos to the control center in real time. According to the invention, the starting module is added, and after the preset condition is reached, the starting module controls the monitors to monitor the assigned direction with the assigned angles, so that a monitoring dead angle is reduced, the monitoring flexibility and the monitoring range are enhanced, and the monitoring effect is improved.
