Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fingerprint detection method of Yushangling capsules. The method comprises the following steps: (a) preparation of a reference solution; (b) preparation of a test solution; (c) chromatographic conditions: a chromatographic column is a C18 reversed phase column; a mobile phase is acetonitrile and 0.1-0.2% of a phosphoric acid solution, and gradient elution is adopted; initial detection wavelength is 244 nm, and detection wavelength is switched to 200 nm after 18 min; column temperature is 25-30 DEG C; flow velocity is 0.8-1.2 ml/min; and analysis time is 65 min; and (d) determination: a fingerprint is obtained by high performance liquid chromatography. The method is easy and simple to operate, characteristic constituents are retained completely, and the method has good repeatability and stability and strong specificity. In the obtained fingerprint, the separation effect of each characteristic peak is good, and multiple main active ingredients in the Yushangling capsules can be comprehensively detected. The method can be used for controlling quality of the Yushangling capsules, and can be used to more completely and accurately evaluate effectiveness, safety, stability and quality consistency of the Yushangling capsules. The invention also discloses a standard fingerprint of the Yushangling capsules which is obtained according to the above fingerprint detection method. |
