Method for fast determination of myriocin content of cordyceps sobolifera sample

The invention provides a novel method for fast determination of myriocin content of a cordyceps sobolifera sample. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) can accurately detect myriocin content of a cordyceps sobolifera sample but myriocin content of a cordyceps sobolifera sample is low and complex ingredients such as polysaccharides, peptides and amino acids can produce large interference on myriocin content HPLC detection so that a separation purification process on myriocin in cordyceps sobolifera extract is needed prior to HPLC and thus the whole experiment process is complicated, has a long period and needs expensive experiment equipment. The required yeast growth standard curve is made and is used for detecting myriocin.
