The pressure reducing valve comprises a hinge bolt, a valve core, a spring, a spring base and a plug, wherein the valve core is mounted in a hole of the hinge bolt; one end of the spring is butted against the upper end of the valve core, and the other end of the spring is butted against the spring base; the spring base is mounted in the plug, and is pressed on the spring; the plug is tightened on the hinge bolt; and the pressure in speed change assistance is adjusted through the spring, so that the speed change assistance pressure is effectively reduced, the operating performance is strong, and the service life can be prolonged.
