Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of dry coal dust gasification, and particularly relates to a valve element structure of a gas carrying pulverized coal flow adjusting valve. A valve element is of a barrel-shaped structure, and a throttling channel penetrating the barrel wall on one side of the valve element is formed in the barrel wall of the valve element; the width of the throttling channel is gradually increased in the direction from the barrel bottom to a barrel opening; and the throttling channel is composed of a trapezoidal notch, formed in the barrel opening, of the valve element, the lower bottom edge of the trapezoidal notch is located on the barrel edge, the upper bottom edge of the trapezoidal notch is in an arc shape, and the arc curvature center is located in the throttling channel. Compared with a traditional U-shaped groove, the throttling channel of the structure is higher in flow capacity, flow resistance of pulverized coal media is effectively reduced, the pulverized coal is not likely to generate blockage in a valve body, and the machining depth of the throttling channel is smaller than that of the traditional U-shaped groove; and on the contrary, machining is easy, and the cost is low; and the valve structure is more compact. The valve element is of a detachable structure, and when the valve element is damaged, only the throttling channel component needs to be replaced generally; and the structure is convenient to maintain and replace, and a large amount of cost can be saved.
