Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a single-input and single-output integral pneumatic diaphragm pump which comprises a center body, a left pump body and a right pump body. The left pump body and the right pump body are clamped on the two sides of the center body in a sealing manner respectively, and pump cavities are formed between the left pump body and the center body and between the right pump body and the center body respectively. A center hole and an air valve mounting hole are formed in the center body, a center shaft is sleeved with the center hole, and an air valve capable of controlling the center shaft to move left and right is sleeved with the air valve mounting hole. Diaphragm pieces are fixed to the two ends of the center shaft respectively, air cavities are formed between the two diaphragm pieces and the center body respectively, and liquid cavities are formed between the two diaphragm pieces and the corresponding pump bodies respectively. A water inlet communicated with the liquid cavities in the two sides is formed in the bottom of the center body, and a water outlet communicated with the liquid cavities in the two sides is formed in the top of the center body. Integral design is adopted in the structure, and mounting is more convenient; and sealing performance is ensured, and the single-input and single-output integral pneumatic diaphragm pump can be used for food, medicament and high-corrosivity liquid such as sulfuric acid and strong alkali. |
