The miniature integral hydroelectric generation device is simple in structure, and the weight of the whole miniature integral hydroelectric generation device except for the H-shaped support is no greater than 20 kg. The rotating wheel is driven to rotate through the irrigation fall of the irrigation ditches and the flow speed and drives the permanent magnet generator to work, the electricity generation quality is controlled by a frequency converter, and the generating capacity can reach 120 W.
