An adjustable main shaft of the rotating wheel is fixed to a foundation plate changeable in dip angle through a rolling bearing and is directly connected to a permanent magnet generator fixed to the foundation plate through a flange. The lower end of the foundation plate is connected to an H-shaped support stretching across the irrigation ditches through a supporting hinge, and an adjusting rod with a locking buckle is installed at the upper end of the foundation plate and is used for adjusting the dip angle of the foundation plate for adapting to the inflow angle of water-ward flow of the rotating wheel. The miniature integral hydroelectric generation device is simple in structure, and the weight of the whole miniature integral hydroelectric generation device except for the H-shaped support is no greater than 20 kg. The rotating wheel is driven to rotate through the irrigation fall of the irrigation ditches and the flow speed and drives the permanent magnet generator to work, the electricity generation quality is controlled by a frequency converter, and the generating capacity can reach 120 W.
