The one-stage molding pre-embedded casing pipe installation method comprises the following steps of (1) construction preparation; (2) actual measurement and positioning; (3) manufacture and installation of guide pipes; (4) manufacture and installation of casing pipes of the guide pipes; (5) positioning of the guide pipes; (6) positioning and installation of the casing pipes; (7) concrete pouring; (8) rechecking and correction of the guide pipes; (9) installation of the guide pipes on multiple floors; and (10) reservation and dismounting of the guide pipes.
