Zusammenfassung: | A method for treating a nickel chloride solution containing zinc by circularly utilizing resin includes the following steps that firstly, the new resin is pretreated; secondly, the zinc is removed through resin adsorption; thirdly, nickel is removed through saturated resin; fourthly, the saturated resin is washed; and fifthly, the resin is regenerated, wherein the resin treated in the fourth step is dehydrated and drained, and the first step is executed again. Furthermore, the method is especially suitable for the nickel chloride solution containing the zinc, wherein the nickel chloride solution containing the zinc comprises 70-110 g/L of Ni, 1-3 g/L of Co, 0.2-2 g/L Cu, 0.2-1 g/L of Fe, 0.3-0.7 g/L of Zn and 80-130 g/L of Cl. The method has the beneficial effects that by means of the manner, the feature of the resin can be utilized effectively to remove the zinc, the whole treatment process does not need pressurization and temperature increase and can be completed in a conventional reaction tank, and a water solution or an acid solution generated in each step contains the zinc, the nickel and other irons and can be conveyed to other production departments for use; and due to the fact that the resin can be reproduced and reused, environment friendliness and high efficiency are achieved, the requirement for zinc removal treatment is met, and cost is lowered effectively. |
