Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for chromium slag co-processing by means of smelting of laterite-nickel ores through an ore-smelting electric furnace. The method for chromium slag co-processing includes the steps that chromium slags are mixed with a laterite-nickel ore dry basis in a certain proportion and coal serving as a reducing agent or fuel is added to serve as smelting raw materials; the mixed smelting raw materials are pre-treated, and roasted ores or sintered ores are obtained; and the roasted ores or sintered ores are put in the ore-smelting electric furnace and smelted according to certain smelting parameters to obtain liquid nickel-chromium-iron, and meanwhile the purpose of detoxifying the chromium slags is achieved. The method is fully combined with the complementarity of the laterite-nickel ore and chromium slag constituents; chromium slag detoxifying is achieved, moreover the lime consumption during smelting can be reduced, the chromium content in ferro-nickel alloys is increased, and economic benefits of enterprises are improved; efficient overall treatment of dangerous solid wastes in China is facilitated, and meanwhile resourcezation can be achieved. |
