The corrosion resistance thermal treatment method for steel includes the following preheating steps: the preheating stage, wherein the steel subjected to rough machining is placed in a heating furnace for preheating, the furnace temperature rises to 600 DEG C-800 DEG C at the rate of 15 DEG C/min, and the temperature is kept for 4 h; the high-temperature quenching stage, wherein the quenching temperature is 950 DEG C and is kept for 2h, the steel is placed in quenching oil for quenching, the cooling speed is controlled to be 100 DEG C/min-150 DEG C/min, the steel is quickly cooled to be at the indoor temperature by water after the temperature drops to 300 DEG C, and then the surface of the steel is dried; the stage of plasma spraying of an abrasion-resisting coating film, wherein the surface of the steel is coated with the ceramic coating film through plasma spraying; and the stage of heat preservation, wherein the steel coated with the ceramic coating film is placed in a heat preservation furnace, the furnace temperature rises to 400 DEG C at the rate of 10 DEG C/min and is kept for 3 h, and the steel is taken out of the furnace after the furnace temperature drops to 50 DEG C and is cooled in air to be at the indoor temperature.
