Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a RT-LAMP (reverse transcriptase loop-mediated isothermal amplification) kit for porcine epidemic diarrhea viruses and applications thereof. The kit comprises a RT-LAMP primer, a 2* reaction buffer, an EM, a fluorescent visual detection reagent, ultrapure water and a porcine epidemic diarrhea virus RNA template, wherein the RT-LAMP primer comprises outer primers F3 and B3, inner primers FIP and BJP and loop primers LF and LB, and the applications of the kit include an application of detecting porcine epidemic diarrhea lesion tissues and feces with viruses by using the kit. Specificity detection and sensitivity detection prove that the RT-LAMP kit for porcine epidemic diarrhea viruses provided by the invention can monitor reactions in real time and quantitatively detect the copy number of porcine epidemic diarrhea viruses, so that detection results can be rapidly and accurately acquired, thereby bringing convenience to the simple, rapid and reliable detection of porcine epidemic diarrhea viruses.
