The C-KIT gene D816V mutation fluorescent PCR detection kit provided by the invention is a detection kit based on a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology and an ARMS-PCR technology, is very high in specificity, quick to operate, simple and convenient in method, and high in detection precision, and can effectively prevent false-negative results due to an internal standard added in a reaction system.
