Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a new type nucleic acid detection method. Lysate, cleanout fluid and reaction liquid in a detector tube are isolated by arranging a plurality of separating layers in the detector tube, meanwhile, through the control on an external heat source, the separating layers are respectively melted in different detection stages so as to control time sequence in all detection stages, a mixing device which is controlled by an external magnetic body to move and can be magnetized is used in the lysate, mixes samples added into the detector tube, and nucleic acid extraction and purification of the samples are realized, then nano magnetic beads in the detector tube are driven by the external magnetic body to pass the cleanout fluid and then enter into the reaction liquid, nucleic acid carried by the nano magnetic beads is purified in the cleanout fluid and then is eluted in the reaction liquid, an amplified reaction of the nucleic acid in the reaction liquid occurs, finally, an external device realizes the detection on the sample nucleic acid by the optical detection, so that a plurality of steps of performing extraction, purification, cleaning, elution and amplified reaction on the nucleic acid in one detector tube are realized.
