Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an LAB (lactic acid bacteria) culture medium and a method for preparing bacteriocin. On the basis of 1 L of the LAB culture medium, the LAB culture medium comprises components as follows: 5-15 g of peptone, 5-15 g of beef extract, 2-10 g of yeast extract, 10-30 g of fructose, 1-5 g of K2HPO4, 2-10 g of CH3COONa, 0.5-2 g of Tween-80, 1-5 g of diammonium citrate, 0.2-1 g of MgSO47H2O, 0.1-0.5g of MnSO44H2O, 400 g of para aminobenzoic acid and the balance of deionized water. According to the embodiment, the LAB culture medium and the bacteriocin prepared with the method for preparing the bacteriocin have the advantages of high content, high activity, good stability, good absorption effect, high safety and avoidance of toxic and side effects.
